This 50 oz. scoop's ergonomic handle helps to make usage easier while keeping hands clean. Designed for the pharmaceutical industry and Ideal for use with powders and granules or any hygienic application. Constructed from heavy-duty type 316, stainless steel that is highly resistant to corrosion. Fully welded to ensure that there are no spaces where any particles can gather. Bowl is completely seamless, with large radiuses to insure easy cleaning.

I'm not in the food industry. Well at least not in a conventional sense. I run a drain cleaning company called Turdbusters here in Roanoke VA . I use this scoop when digging in muddy ditches to repair sewer lines. Works wonderful. Ergo design handle is sweet. Keeps my knuckles safe and hands clean. Two thumbs up!
