2" Stainless Steel Scraper

This 2" color-coded, stainless steel scraper has slightly rounded blade corners prevent damage to the surface being cleaned and operator injury. These 2" stainless steel metal food scrapers are good for removing sticky, semi-liquid deposits, like dough, confectionery gels/pastes, soft chocolate, and cheese. They are also ideal for removing dried or burnt on deposits, like hardened chocolate, caramel, dried/burnt bakery debris, dried powders, and burnt meat, fish or vegetable deposits because they enable the user to exert more mechanical force. Any Vikan Euro-threaded handle can be attached to the threaded grip, allowing cleaning of difficult to reach areas.
